Aldeílla Suministros Industriales S.L. (ALSI), a company dedicated to the “manufacture, design, repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery for the agri-food industry, as well as its sale,” assumes quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety as fundamental factors in carrying out its activities with the aim of achieving customer and stakeholder satisfaction, fulfilling their requirements, and meeting user expectations. This is done under the fundamental premise of aligning its operations with environmental sustainability and health and safety. For this reason, top management provides all necessary human and material resources, as the conformity of its products with customer and stakeholder requirements, as well as compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and other requirements ALSI subscribes to, is its primary objective, in addition to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards). ALSI’s top management is committed to protecting the environment, preventing harm, and safeguarding health, as well as complying with environmental legislation, regulations, and other requirements ALSI subscribes to, related to environmental aspects and occupational health and safety (OHS) hazards. This commitment is focused on the continuous improvement of both environmental and OHS performance, addressing environmental aspects and risk magnitude in the OHS within the activities ALSI undertakes.
Our pillars are:

  • Employees have the right and obligation to work in a safe and healthy manner. Aware that the company’s activities can cause harm to our workers, facilities, or third parties, we assume responsibility for implementing and leading, as an essential element of business management, a Risk Prevention Plan aimed at ensuring occupational health and safety. The implementation of the Occupational Risk Prevention Management System will enable us to continuously improve the working conditions of our operations.
  • Promoting organizational models that foster involvement, consultation, and participation of all individuals in the organization in the Integrated Management System.
  • Planning and executing activities in an orderly, rational, and defect-free manner, minimizing the impact on the environment.
  • Providing the necessary information and resources to establish and review objectives and goals that ensure the management of the Integrated Management System.
  • Improving the management of generated waste by applying appropriate measures for reduction, recovery, and recycling, ensuring the correct disposal of non-recoverable waste. Also, preventing pollution in all environments.
  • Maintaining smooth communication with customers and stakeholders to meet their needs, requirements, and expectations, thereby maximizing their satisfaction and encouraging their loyalty.
  • Encouraging and raising awareness among staff to follow quality procedures and use the most suitable, safe, and environmentally friendly techniques and products, without hindering creativity or innovations that arise within a continuous improvement process of the system.
  • Reducing the consumption of natural resources by using recycled and/or recyclable products and promoting energy savings.
  • Achieving a carefully selected team of collaborators, with criteria aligned with ALSI’s standards of quality, environment, and OHS, to optimize the suitability of the activities carried out, in terms of durability, cleanliness, and final finish, respecting the natural environment and integrating these into the Organization’s Quality, Environmental, and OHS Policy.
  • Ensuring that all personnel understand, apply, and logically and rationally adhere to specifications, standards, methods, procedures, and policies according to the system, ensuring self-control of activities in advance to minimize or eliminate the need for corrective actions.

The ALSI Manager understands that quality, respect for the environment where its activities are conducted, and efficient and proper environmental management cannot be imposed externally but must come from within the human team that forms the company. He encourages all members to make quality, environmental respect, and occupational risk prevention their way of working. ALSI management is committed to continuously improving the Integrated Management System in the periodic reviews it conducts annually.
